Pre-ordered and paid for a replacement trampoline mat in February with expected delivery given as 1st March. Good product and great price in comparison to other sites. Nothing had arrived by mid March and no communication from the company to explain the delay, after contacting Rebo personally was told that they were still awaiting stock, no apology for delay or further explanation but told delivery would be the following week. Delivery did not infact take place for a further two weeks and again no communication until an email to say the mat was on its way. Great product and value for money but disappointing customer service.
