the order has been placed last week. Money debited from the account 3 days later. The order status still saying I need to be verified.
After numerous attempts to contact customer service and understand what is happening and what they need (as they will not contact you in the first place.... you have to do it yourself) - email finally received.
So.... AFTER the money deduction from the bank account email received from customer service - they need to VERIFY my identity. They ask some proof to be sent by email.
Copy of ID and copy of bank statement sent by email.
And they still insist that I should now pay with Paypal not credit card!!!!!!!! `the money is already debited!!!!!!!
The worst customer experience shopping online ever. Nightmare!!!!!
