I cannot praise the staff who answer the customer calls, too highly.
I have spoken to 2 seperate people and both were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The whole process was easy and the matter dealt with immediately. ( The issue I was calling about was not their fault, I must add !!!)

This will now be the first place I look when thinking of purchasing high quality outdoor gear!
