I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR AN ITEM I ORDERED LOADS OF, BY ALMOST TRIPLE THE PRICE! I WAS TOLD(AFTER I SPENT MORE THAN AN HOUR ON THE PHONE) THAT THEY CAN BASICALLY DO THAT IF THEY LIKE AND I WOULD NOT EXPECT A REFUND OR A COLLECTION OF THE GOODS! DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THE FACT THAT I HAD TO SPEAK TO KENNETH, DERRICK AND DORIS FROM CAPE TOWN WAS JUST A P£$S TAKE!
THEY ALSO ACCUSED ME OF LYING ABOUT THE ORIGINAL PRICE. EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE EMAIL TO PROVE IT.
NEVER GOIN TO USE AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER BE OVER CHARGED FROM SAINSBURYS OR GO TO ONE OF THE MILLIONS OF TESCOS THAN SHOP THERE AGAIN. UNLESS I'M REALLY REALLY DESPERATE.
WHEN I WAS LET DOWN BY ANOTHER RETAILER I ORDERED FROM THE TAPS WEBSITE AND CROSSED MY FINGERS THAT I WOULD GET THE KITCHEN TAP IN TIME! LESS THAN 24 HRS LATER I RECEIVED IT. EMAILS WERE SENT TO ME AT EVERY STAGE OF DELIVERY.
THE TAP WAS GREAT VALUE AND WAS EVEN BETTER THAN THE ONE I ORDERED FIRST OFF!
WILL DEFO USE AGAIN!
