Parcel2go

Works well.

Have used parcel2go a few times and it seems to work fine. Had one issue with City Link (the issue was with the courier making a mistake not parcel2go) and sorted it out direct with the courier (though probably should have done it through parcel2go). When i have used their customer service it has ranged from adequate to excellent. I spoke to one lady recently and i think she didn't quite understand what i was getting at (sometimes it can be hard to communicate via text chat) but i spoke to a lovely lady called Elizabeth today and she was extremely helpful and sorted everything i needed. Will continue to use them definitely.
