Care free experience

I obtained my auto reservation online with ease.
My car was at my pick up location and ready to go. Personnel at the pick up location were courteous and helpful.
I had great difficulty getting from the Florence airport to the Autostrada due to extremely complex road signage.
The car ran fine and was comfortable for the three of us.
We were told to return the car to space 39 at the Community Garage in Venice. We found no space 39. More signage at the garage leading one to the Europecar drop off space and from the drop off space to the keys drop off counter would be helpful. I have used Europecar twice before and would be happy to used Europecar again.
