We placed an order at 6pm for one of Just-Eats restaurants, requesting an order time of 7.15pm. This was for our family of 5. The order was "accepted" according to their website.
At 7pm Just-Eat phone to say that tonight the restaurant is too busy to accept our order. However, it will take between 5 and 7 days for our refund to be processed back into our bank account.
The Email which they subsequently sent saying there had been a "glitch" signs off with the words "Happy Eating"! What am I supposed to be eating happily? You sent no food!
Subsequent Emails just repeatedly say how it is everyone else's fault except theirs, the restaurant's fault for not delivering, the bansk fault for delaying the refund.
Ridiculous service. Do not use Just-Eat.co.uk
