I have to say i was very impressed with the service i received. The customer service was great. I had originally requested a diamond that had a discoloration to it and instead of sending so i would have to send it back they called me and told me i prob would not like the diamond. they then guided me to a better diamond of almost equal value saving me a ton of time. The delivery was very quick and i received updates throughout the entire delivery process. The diamond was perfect for the ring i had purchased and a much better value then the retail jewelers i had researched i am very greatful i went with Brilliance LLC two thumbs up from me.
