Did not collect parcel

I booked a parcel to be collected by Yodel online. No-one came to collect. The next day I rang up to check the application had gone through, I was assured it had and it would be collected, again nothing, ended up having to take the parcel to the depot myself. Will use someone else next time.

I often use GJWtitmuss, their prices are as good as anywhere online and you often get good deals as well. The service and delivery are great.
