Fantastic After-Sales Service!!! Incredible Service!!!
I have purchased two laptops from Tier1 over time - the second in April 2011 - and was impressed with their offers and service. Yesterday morning, my power adaptor died and my battery had run down before I realised. With no access to the Internet, I was at a loss about how to obtain a reasonably priced replacement. I found my delivery note from last year and telephoned Tier1 to enquire if they sold them. I was told that they did not but would see if they had a spare they could let me have. The person on the other end of the telephone showed incredible patience in identifying the correct adaptor and said that it would be despatched in the "next couple of days". When I asked the cost, payment was refused. She would not even let me pay the delivery costs. The adaptor arrived this morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. It was barely 24 hours since I had telephoned Tier1!!!
I am just so grateful and will definitely buy from Tier1 again.

My Tuxedo
Absolutely brilliant!
We are so pleased with our order from My Tuxedo. I ordered my husband's waitcoat and handkerchiefs after 3pm on Monday and they arrived in the post on Tuesday morning. The order was well packed, in a plastic bag, which was as well because it was throwing it down with rain and the rest of our post was soaked! The quality of the items matched the speed of delivery and I would have no hesitation in recommending My Tuxedo to anyone.
Selections
Great products, prices and service but watch what you are charged!
We ordered a number of items from Selections and were very pleased with everything we received. The two largest items were the large [2m] vegetable trough and the 6 piece table, chairs and parasol set. Both the trough and table required assembly but were really easy to do provided there were two people. The instructions could have been a little more detailed but, otherwise, great.
The only issue we had was what we were charged. We made the order on the Internet and received three separate emails confirming the price of the items. Two we were actually charge more for - one only £1 extra but the other £50 extra. Admittedly, I emailed to complain, had a fast response and the overcharges were refunded to my credit card.
I would, therefore, recommend Selections. There items are priced really well and we were more than happy with the quality of what we purchased. But, if you do use them, make sure you check what you are actually charged.
