Disappointing

We have used Agoda to book our hotel and it was quick and easy however, we had problems with the hotel that we have booked with. They have been helpful at first and told them that we have spoken to the hotel that 11 days booking is too much as I was leaving the country after 3 days, they had advised us to talk to the hotel and the hotel had advised us to check out. When we checked out, we had called Agoda for a refund since we had booked it with them for three weeks and then we were told that the hotel had refused to give us a refund. My greatest disappointment is, if we had booked with Agoda, shouldn't they be protecting their customers from greedy hotels that lead their customers for duping their customers. I can take penalties of 2 to 3 days but not eight days. So where is the customer protection on this travel agent.. None.. I would never use this site ever again.
