Made an error, but was accomodating

Sent me the 2009 version of a wine when I ordered the 2008. They were attentive to my problem and refunded my shipping as compensation, but getting the year right on a wine is kind of important, especially when the substitution is a more recent year that is less expensive than the year you ordered, and the difference in taste between years can be dramatic.
