I bought a skirt for my daughter and returned it as it did not fit requested my refund together with the refund of the outward postage as decreed in the distance selling regulations. However in the case of Boohoo they have included a clause in their T&C stating that in order to recover what is your right you must cancel your contract with them - in the case of Boohoo the return of the goods does not constitute the cancellation of your contract with them as it does with any other company I have dealt with....Not only do they not follow the spirit of the law they also charge and ADDITIONAL £2 for restoking returned items - i have been charged £6 with nothing to show for it but this could be a lot more depending on the number of items you order.
