Good company/misunderstood shipping

I ended up buying 3 diamonds from Brilliance and also had a ring designed. My overall experience with Brilliance was favorable. I verified each diamond and their grading was conservative. They also did a fanastic job of designing the engagement ring that we wanted.

The only real issue I had was that they advertised free overnight shipping. What the website doesn't tell you is that it takes them about a week to get the diamond from the dealers they work with and grade it. They then ship it out overnight. It wasn't a problem on the second time but my first diamond was ordered for valentines and it came after that holiday. They also can not tell you when you call when it will arrive. It seems to me it would be much better if they had a way for you to track it after you buy it.
