How service should be

I spent a good couple of hours searching the various options before deciding on purchasing my ink cartridges from this company.

At first I thought about going to a recognised 'Jettec' supplier ie (amazon or similar) but their prices were so much more expensive..so next I though to be better safe than sorry, I would only use a company that would accept paypal as a payment option.

3000rpm whilst having a great looking website, I thought to myself that as a smaller company, they would have little respect for their customers, get lots of online orders and not have the staff to full fill them and regret ordering within the week when the clearly OEM products arrived....

How wrong could I have been..I placed my order on Saturday, payed via paypal at no extra cost (some companies do!) recieved an email to confirm the order and another on the Sunday to tell me the items had shipped..On a Sunday!

Two days later the products arrived via recorded delivery and I was surprised to see that they were not cheap OEM mass packages but individual retail packed ink cartridges.

Totally impressed with the communication and service and would easily recommend this company..I will defiantly be using them again for our stationary needs.
