Zero stars. Do not use this company!

My goods were not delivered. VERY sent "be patient" emails saying they were looking into it. 3 weeks later they said they needed proof of my signature although I had to keep ringing to find this out. I have not been offered a refund or new goods. I am still waiting for the outcome of the silly signature stuf. I am sure that they will say this matches the signature received. One squiggle can be said to be the same as another. I cannot believe that this company is allowed to trade. They appear to me to be fraudsters.
Please please please do not use them! EVER
