Ordered a Xmas present in November.
EBuyer claimed they had sent the items, but only one of the two items were in the box. They spent 2 weeks checking with their courier and eventually admitted they had not sent the second item, by which time it was no longer in stock. They said they would not refund, but would send a replacement, which I didn't want as it was for a xmas present, and would arrive "on 28th Dec". But they wouldn't refund and sent a replacement in late January. I refused delivery and they agreed to refund me at last. Then they stopped replying to my attempts to contact them, and I only got my money back by opening a dispute with my credit card company.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Only use ebuyer if you're willing to gamble that they have the item in stock and will get it to you without any hiccups.

When an item is out of stock on an order, the option for a refund or replacement item should always be provided. Your review will be passed along to the relevant team as you have advised the option for a refund was not offered to you.
