Nice packaging sub standard toy

I recently purchased a Moulin Roty toy as a gift from cologne and cotton online rather than using other online stores as I have purchased from Cologne and Cotton in the past and expect a high standard of nice packaging and also quality control on the actual goods.

The packaging was as usual a nice touch but when I checked the toy itself I was disappointed in the quality which had slipped through the packing control and ended up arriving on my doorstep. The trousers of the Moulin Roty Squirrel had a great big (and obvious) chuck of overlocking hanging down onto the outside of the leg and then there were several loose threads in other areas of the toy, I was extremely disappointed as it was a new baby gift for my little nephew.

Cologne and Cotton did say that my sister could take the toy back into a store in London to exchange it, but a hassle she could go without with a 10 day old baby.
