Failed delivery & contact

My order with Simply Electronics was for `In Stock' photographic equipment. The delivery is supposedly 2-8 working days
It is now 14 days & nothing has arrived - they have not responded to 4
emails other than a ticket no. & `We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative'.
1st phone call to the `customer support' put me in a 5 hour queue.
2nd phone call to `sales' put me in a 15 minute queue.
I was looking at placing further orders with them for a new camera body & lenses etc. but after the lack of response, there is no chance
