Disappointed - Distorted text + logo

My business cards where delivered on time but the result was not satisfactory at all. The quality of the paper and the quality of the printing was fine, but both the text and my company's logo were distorted (stretched along the top-bottom direction of the card). When I uploaded my file everything on the card preview looked fine. Nor anyone contact me to inform me that there will be this issue. I am afraid that these cards cannot be used (500 cards, cost £60+). It would be nice if I was given a refund or had my cards re-printed.
