I ordered five items from the Shiro Walnut by Baumhaus range costing nearly £2k in Jan 2012..
My furniture order was delayed and eventually took 16 weeks to arrive against the advertised 8-10 weeks.
When the furniture did arrive it was of poor quality and ALL of the items had imperfections.
Two of the five items were agreed to be replaced and the other two were deemed acceptable even though I thought the scratches/glue marks were not part of the 'character' of the wood as Baumhaus described.
Unfortunately even the replacement items were of worse quality than the originals with large scratches and nails hammered in from the front(!!) of the furniture.
Onlinefurnitureworld offered to collect all of the furniture and provide a full refund. However due to the length of time we had already waited, we chose to keep the furniture and repair the damage ourselves. No compensation was offered for the damage or the delays.
I only gave 2 stars because at least a refund was offered, so customer service was acceptable. If the rating was purely quality of furniture, it would have been 1 star...

I ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater "sandwich leather sofa" from Denelli in Jan 2012.
The sofa actually took over 14 weeks to arrive, despite being initially told it would be 10. This might have been acceptable if I had been kept informed about the delays, but no-one from Denelli contacted me at all.
Once I contacted them I was told about the delays - but really... it shouldn't have taken me to chase them to find out information regarding my order.
Now onto the good part of the review. The sofas were reasonably priced compared to the big high street retailers and appear to be good quality. Obviously only time will tell how the quality stacks up, so I'll try to remember to update this review in 6 months time!
The delivery guys were also excellent, with our house proving difficult to fit the sofas into!
*Just a pointer for anyone buying the same sofa. The feet are hidden in the underneath of the sofa and require screwing into the base of the sofa.

One sofa had developed a squeek everytime you sat on it. I called Denelli and they sent someone out within a week, and fixed the issue (which turned out to be something simple with the feet).
Therefore having had great customer service I'm upgrading the review to 5 stars.
This review has been reported to customer service by the company for missing proof of purchase (only genuine customers can review a company).
Customer service is in the process of investigating this review.
Following this investigation, it will either be deleted or returned to Trustpilot.
