HORRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR ORDER SHIPPING TIME

I placed my order on Apri 26th and still have not received it. Was unable to reach the company by phone and when I finally got a reply email from them I was told that my order won't even ship unti 2 weeks after the order date! WHAT??? I have never been so disgusted with a company before. I will never order from them again!

I apologize for your frustration. We are a fairly small company that has been providing 100% pure coffee bean extract and other 100% pure supplements with outstanding service to all our previous customers. The recent Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week and we have worked double shifts seven days a week to increase our staff and get all orders out in the order they were received. We have plenty of product and are scheduled to get all orders out this week! We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be promoting green coffee bean and therefore, we were not able to prepare before the show. We hope that you can be patient and understanding as we work to accommodate each and every customer. Thank you for your support and I hope you can understand our situation.
