ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO WE BOUGHT A DYSON HOOVER.WE WERE FAIRLY PLEASED WITH IT'S PERFORMANCE UNTIL ONE DAY WHILE HOOVERING THE HANDLE SNAPPED.I KNOW IT WAS PASSED IT'S GUARANTEE DATE BUT WE WROTE TO THE COMPANY AND COMPLAINED AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO US.

they are quite efficient from the moment you place your order to delivery.very easy to place an order.if there was to be any criticism it would be that unlike other sites,you pay for delivery and it doesn't work cheaper.
