March 31st 2012: Order placed and payment taken for £27.90 - two day delivery selected.
April 2nd: Received email confirming delivery due 3rd April
April 3rd: Stayed at home awaiting delivery - nothing arrived :( !
April 5th: Spoke to [name](Customer Services rep) explained that I had recieved an email that confirm delivery was due 3rd April. He told me this was not possible! He went to greta length explaining their process and stated it wasn't possible I received such an email! I sent him the email while on the phone!
April 5th: Received an email from [name] appologising but stating "Customers are only notified once the parcel is scanned by the driver delivering goods !" Clearly focused on disproving me rather than fixing the problem...
April 10th:Received an email stating that they had recieved stock of the item but the wrong colour and would I like to swap to a different colour !
April 23rd:I replied stating that I'd like the item I ordered in the colour I wanted oringally.
April 24th:They email me ask me if I'm like to wait for it to come into stock or if I want to wait ?
April 27th:They ask me if I'd like to take part in their customer satisfaction survey! :)
May 5th:I've emailed them asking if there is any news on the item I ordered in March (two days delivery)!
