Excellent prices and some really good deals,but bad for constant advertising

Awful. Rooms and communal areas all look very much worse for wear, chipped, battered, scuffed and barely clean. Staff reflect their surroundings and dont care either. Ordered breakfast which was a joke, one day no bacon, one day no sausage or eggs. Pay more elsewher and enjoy the experience.

Tried to get some information on kitchens, the member of staff has little clue and just kept reading from the catalogue whilst trying to get us to let a designer call.

Cheaper tickets often available at or near venues, especially in london. Good for vouchers.

easy and competitive
Generally good service, some random oddities like being unable to wrap books/cds on one order but fine on another, postage rates need watching too.
Kitchen Appliance Centre
excellent
Fast and efficient, the delivery system is especially good with a choice of dates and on the day a text with the name of the driver and a 1 hour delivery slot - why cant everyone be this user friendly?
