I purchased a replacement mattress for my futon. Since i sleep on it all the time, i splurged and got a more expensive one. A nice touch of FutonLand was to call you to verify the order. At first i seen this as a hassle. I can order $1500 of parts on newegg no problem. It felt more human, but still slighty cumbersome. I am not sure how the shipping works, but i received my product in about 2-3 weeks (cant remember exactly). I am sure they had to wait for it to some from somewhere else first. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars, is the fact that i was not charged until a week AFTER i got the item. I even called them a few days before i received it make sure the charge went though (i had no charge on my card yet). They assured me they did infact charge me. I am not sure if there was a delay in the card processing or what. It would have been nice to have been charged when i ordered, instead of 3 weeks later.
