I ordered my furniture at the end of January and was told it would take approx 6 weeks. OFS did email me before the 6 weeks was up to say it would take an additional 2 weeks (8 weeks total). I was then unable to get hold of them, but was contacted late April to arrange the delivery which finally arrived on 4 May - 13 weeks after I placed my initial order!
Regardless, I am very pleased with the furniture now that I have it. It looks beautiful and was well packaged. I would like to have seen some care instructions, though.

I can see that when you ordered we advised that the items were not in stock and we advised to call for availability. We aim to regularly update customers, at least every two weeks when items are likely to have long lead times and I hope you felt we kept you updated.
I apologise if you feel there was an unacceptable delay and see it was 13 weeks between ordering and delivery. We are dependent on our suppliers and they give us wide timeframes for these items which we cannot control. However we are currently examining more closely the stock levels and timeframes given to us by suppliers so we can avoid delays with products in the future.
It is good to hear that you are pleased with the quality of the furniture and I hope you get lots of use out of it.
