I was nervous about ordering a diamond online because I would not get to see it before I put the money down. After making the purchase online I received a call the next day from the company. The woman talked to me about what the diamond looked like and I decided it was not for me.

I am a diamond novice so we spent the next 30 minutes talking about diamonds and what the right kind of diamond was for my budget. We finally agreed on what was best. She then spent the next two days looking for a diamond the perfectly fit what I wanted. When she found one I ordered it up right away. She helped me through the ordering process and even made sure my diamond shipped out quickly so I could get it set into my engagement ring!

The people at Brilliance went above and beyond to help me get the best diamond. They seemed concerned with making me happy and comfortable and getting exactly what I wanted and not with trying to sell me anything specific. Customer service is something I care a lot about, I got good service from Brilliance and will always be my first suggestion to people who are in the market for a diamond!
