Slow delivery, uncooperative customer services, poor quality product

When the delivery didn't arrive I tried to contact customer services after 10 days, they told me to wait a further 14 days before contacting them again.
The quality of the items purchased is poor, low quality material and badly put together.
Completely cheap and nasty except the price!!

Failed to supply

Items ordered were flagged as in stock, almost 2 months later and nothing has arrived. I finally cancelled the order and sourced the items elsewhere

I am sorry that you are disappointed however the items were not flagged as in stock. We do not have a live stock feature on our website; therefore it was impossible to have the items flagged as in stock.

We have updated you from the beginning regarding stock availability; unfortunately one of the items was delayed, it is unfortunately, but sometimes that happens, we can’t control delays. We have updated you immediately regarding this.

Since there were delays in your order we will offer you a 5% discount from your next order if you wish to order with us again.
