Hardware easy to install-Driver incompatible!

I purchased the 2 port serial 1 port parallel PCIe card adapter 51188. This was advertised as fully compatible with Server 2008 and Win7. After installing on a win7 pc I found all drivers on the disk suplied, and on the website Support section incompatible. After contacting Lindy and speaking to a very helpful techie called Chris - he managed to supply me with a driver that was compatible within the hour. Excellent technical service, better than anywhere Ive dealt with (usualy the "techies" read from a list of instructions!!)- with this in mind, i would genuinely purchase from Lindy again! Thanks
