I bought a new battery to fit on my Yamaha R6; ordered it from Jo, a d it arrived the next day as promised. It was put on charge overnight and fitted to the bike the next day; and because it was raining heavily I didn't start the engine; but left the bike connected to tha optimiser, the light saying I had a full charge. This was about a month ago; and yesterday I tried to start the bike, but the battery was having none of it the optimiser saying the battery was flat.
I contacted Tayna and spoke to Jo; who refered me to her colleague; and without quibble they replaced the battery. Can't expect better service than that can you?
