Easy, fast, good quality

Good assortment of futons to choose from, and I could sit/lie down on them and test them out.

I went to the warehouse specifically because I had called first to confirm that I could walk out with a futon the same day. Actually, when I called the Flatbush Avenue store, the person hung up on me before I could even ask a second question (I asked for their hours).
