Apple

Great

I own Apple everything... Lol. From iPhones to iPads (plural)... They have great tech support & if ever a problem arises they fix it ASAP... The only problem I have with Apple is THEY'RE GREEDY!!! They don't give discounts... Not even to loyal customers... And they make everything out of breakable glass so you can pay $150 to get a replacement if you break an out of warranty phone. It seems like they're smart enough to use unbreakable glass.

Dell

Dell has great customer support

I own a Dell desktop and I love it, however, I bought it from Walmart... They helped me tremendously when I ran into problems with it. Soooo, I decided to purchase a laptop directly from Dell for my neice. I ordered over the phone & found that everything & I do mean EVERYTHING is sold separately!!! For that reason alone, I will never order fom them again. I didn't feel we got the best quality having to do it that way. Next time, I will go Back to a local store.

I had a strange experience

I purchased an e-book for my class and it downloaded and they charged me, however, it refused to open... Needless to say, I won't do that again... I had to go back to amazon to order to I could get my work done.

I love Amazon

I order from Amazon frequently, however, I only order items sold by or fulfilled by Amazon.... There are too many ppl out there looking to get something for nothing. I'm not having that!!!

Finally!!!

After countless phone calls and ignored emails, I finally received my order today!!! Exactly 25 days after I ordered it! I'm just happy I got it & didn't get got... Lol

We have 25 people answering phones but it rings so continuously we are unable to get to every call and we are receiving 10,00+ email every day and unfortunately, cannot get through them all,
