Bad Bad Service Cost me loss of time and 5 failed attempts

Promised timescale twice and on both occasions let down. Lost 5 attempts out of ten due to incorrect codes. First I was told by Operator Ethan P that it would be with me by end of day. 24hrs passed and nothing. Got back in touch with GSMLibery then told I would have code within the hour, which turned out to be a complete lie as Nick another operator an Hr later said everyone had finished for the day. so would be another 2 days wait. I could not wait this long so I took it to another company who sorted this out immediately without any problem at all. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! ...Not a truthful company.
