Vodafone has conducted serious fraud by continuing to add new customers to their network across Greater London and beyond, despite having far exceeded their network capacity. You can submit all the repair requests and complaints you want but you will not get them to respond with anything other than "we're looking into it".
Please, by all means, fill out the petition below, but do NOT under any circumstances order a contract with them, as their service is not usable anywhere in downtown London during the working day.

Site customer service is different department from telephone customer service, which is horribly annoying. Site is a complete mess, with different departments not working together. Photos are difficult to see, products hard to find. The telephone customer service, once reached, was very friendly and helpful, yet after I purchased a television for delivery and wall mounting, the wall mounting installer never showed up, then claimed he had come and I wasn't home, which was completely false. In return, Tesco customer support apologized and gave me credit for a free wall mounting kit. I would use again but with great caution.
As title says. The site feld rather hard to navigate, with clicking often leading you to variety of different pages that all yet felt the same, but once I went to order to the process was clear and my item delivered as promised on time. I'd use them again.
