my preferred car option of car would've been better
In reaching Glasgow the Hire desk was easily found and the queue was minimal happy days! Unfortunately my preferred car was not an option, I was supplied with a VW TDi 61 plate nice car but struggled to get my Wife's wheelchair and cases in. With the Focus that I had requested I know I could accommodate all without a struggle. It would have been nice to have been given instructions on starting the vehicle as the 2nd morning the car would not start and I had to call for assistance from VW support group only to be told by the on call Technician on arrival that the clutch had to be depressed before ignition I must have been so lucky on collection as I drove to the local Premier Inn without no problem. Overall the car performed very well and very economical.
