Most SHIT company ever i've seen in my life
Most shittiest customer support ever. Blocking your account for no reason. Takes 100.000 times to mail customer support while they arent responding upon your emails. Contacting through phone doesnt give you the solution. Cost you money while the answer is simply to mail them again which they will never respond. Account is still blocked after months without any progres.
Exchange fees and sending fees are ridiculous. Getting charged with ridiculous high amounts while there are other alternatives for cheaper and better customer support!
