I ordered a basin tap set on 8th June. Two weeks later had to chase up as I'd heard nothing. They were very apologetic and promised it would reach me by the end of the week, which it did. However, the components were loosely wrapped in thin bubble wrap and bouncing around in a larger box clearly intended for another product.
I won't be using them again.
This was my first order from Kenable, but I'd use them again. I ordered during the weekend, they emailed me the next working day to say it had been dispatched and provided a link to the courier where, on the morning the delivery was due, I was given a 1-hour slot . This made it much easier to plan my day, rather than waiting in ALL day. Everything was delivered as promised. I really can't fault Kenable.

We do apologise about your experience purchasing from us, We where let down by our supplier on the stock side, With regards the packaging we will investigative this, A large proportion for products are dispatched from us, but occasional we get the supplier to dispatch directly to speed up delayed items.
