SE took my order for a phone, took my money instantly and then came up with lots of excuses why they could not deliver. Then they agreed to cancel my order and pay a refund. Then I had numerous emails regarding the refund. Now (12 June 2012) after a month it has still not been paid. One star is too many stars for this company. There should be an option to award minus stars!
Does anyone know how I can get to this company to take legal action? They are Hong Kong based, but there is no address on their website. What can I do to get my money back (over £300). Any advice would be much appreciated.
My advice - DON'T BUT FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER! They are a sham and never honour their promises.
