Love the product, but hate their customer service.

First order of the product was great. Fast shipping. Second order took a month to fill, no way to contact them as their customer ph # was faulty, and their link on line would not work. No info from the company during this time to let people know that they were behind schedule in shipping. I thought I had been ripped off! I had to join them on FaceBook and read all the complaints before I got to the part where they appologized for the delays. Kinda' crazy, but I got through it and finally got the product, which I love.
