One of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. They do not apprise you of their actions and just do as they please. Recently, they determined we owed a small fee, ($57), supposedly from six years ago -- who could prove this now? The fee was paid and for over a week, they kept us dangling, lying with every phone call that it takes a few days to reactivate our account. The last phone call resulted in PAYPAL closing the account. Why? Simply because they wanted to, no reasons were given other than they chose not to do business with us again.
Oh, yes, another point... they will refund your money in 180 days; we have asked our clients to demand PAYPAL refund their money. We have lost these customers forever and have gone to Heartland, a normal credit card processor.
Everything is fine with PAYPAL, until its not. When will that be? That's the point, it's up to them.
We would have happily rated them NO STARS, but that is not an option.
We have always had five dogs, ranging from rescues to those who were abandoned, the only exception is our Brussels Griffon: Bad-Hair Day, Teddi (see his picture on your Facebook site). We have tried numerous commercial wet and dry dog food and treats, but the only thing they love unfailingly is table food. Yes, our "bad," and they will go for days without eating unless it is truly something they like. Our little Maltese, Minky-Max, is a true gourmand, and is also the leader of the pack. From our Irish Wheaten, Big-boy Theo, to Baby, the ShihTzu, they love this food and the accompanying salmon treats. A few dollars more than Purina One, but worth it in taste -- the first ingredients are meat and not fillers. The journey is ended, we finally hit on food that is healthy and good for our little canine family. Five Stars for you, and free timely delivery too.
