I wish I could give it no stars!!!!

Sham, ripoff, thieves, and fake store front!!!!!! I bought my hubby a new hard drive from them. They took my money and never sent me my item. I emailed them, they said they didn't have the hard drive would reimburse me our money , never happened. I called, and emailed with no response, So I called BBB and called my bank and they did a fraud report with them. Thanks to my great bank I got my money back but the bank and BBB still have yet to get their money back or even hear back from them. they sent letters in the mail, emailed and called nothing. SHAM RIPOFF THIEVES AND FAKE!!!!!!

My husband bought me my 10 anniversary ring set from Kay, like most young people when you first get married you cant always afford what you would like to buy your spouse. Boy did he make it up to me with a beautiful 3 ctw diamond wedding set!!!! I had it insured and it appraised almost 30% more than what he paid for it!! I love that they offer the diamond replacement guarantee with any diamond purchase. <3 my kay.com :)

When Alice first came out i heard about it on CNN. I got great deals and every day items i needed for around the house. the two things i don't like is they don't take coupons for your items, and they now charge for shipping.

With my hubby in the Army we don't always have a walgreens by us. i wish they would have more online products for people like me :) I have grown up with walgreens and I trust them and their brands !!!

UPS

Great service and delivery!!

I wish I had the option of the shipper when I shop online I would use UPS every time!!!! they have made little to no mistakes on my deliveries, unlike the other people............. The one time I can remember having trouble they had it fixed with in 24 hours!!! i also like the fact they take care of their workers great company all around!!!!!

I like the convenience, just wish they bought made in the USA products!!!

Am I the only one who remembers, walmart back in the day took pride in the fact that they bought and sold made in the USA products?? now I can't hardly find anything made in the USA there!!!!

My hubby is in the army, and we couldn't live with out SKYPE when he was deployed!!!

Skype would have got 5 stars, but the video likes to freeze up and calls get dropped, but what can u do when it's free and ur talking to people in different counties. I <3 skype and can't thank them enough it made his 12 month deployment easier on both of us. We skyped everyday several times per day!!!!! THX SKYPE!!!!!!!!!!!

Good over all just took way longer to get that I thought it would.

It took a good while to get the dog food. I would be worried to sign up for the monthly service, in fear that I wouldn't have the food in time before they ran out, and with the dog food being 60 bucks a pop it's not like I can spend extra when it's not here on time. The label they put on the box was not readable and it had to be redirected and relabeled then reshipped to me. So this is why I can only give them 3 stars, How would the person who put the label on not be able to see it was not legible?!?!?!?!
