Awful.

This company are awful, there service is a disgrace. I booked a last minute deal with them costing £1000. Within 8 hours they had cancelled it, stating 'the flight and transfer could not be confirmed'. Fair enough, but not once did they offer me an alternative. They took my money and just cancelled it. They then sent me an email saying my money would be returned by the morning, but offered me no discount on my next holiday for the inconvenience, saying i could book another one through them but i would have to pay out another lump sum, even though they already had a thousand pounds of my money. You can imagine my response. Anyway, they said the money had been returned, even though my bank said different.. Im still waiting.

I have contacted this company numerous times, and have been passed from pillar to post, with there staff less than helpful, and constantly stating my money was in 'holding' and it was my banks problem. I then ring my bank, who tell me theres no money holding anywere and that the money had cleared totally into there account. And repeat the cycle.

This meant we couldnt go on holiday, and all the time spent planning everything was wasted...
