Paid for next day delivery, didn't arrive was not notified of any problem as other companies would and have in my experience.
After 35 minutes on hold got through to someone and was offered a half hearted apology and a free delivery credit on my next order which is something I suppose.
Like I said good product poor customer service.
Oredered item that wasnt in stock. Sales team called me twice and suggested alternative item which I was very happy with.
Very proffesional service with staff that actually seem to know what they are doing.
