I ordered a product which was a good price. The packing from them was very thorough, only the packing from eheim wasn't very padded. As a result a plastic backplate was cracked. Charterhouse aquatics replaced it without question and sent it out with the same priority as the original package. I am very impressed to see that my custom mattered.
