Rajapack

Becareful when reading as i bought items from rajapack thinking i was getting a good price where as it was priced wrongly

I Bought 104 packs of 12 (5) star hb pencils which was stated on the website as 14 pence a pack, when i bought the items i thought it was a bargin however when i recieved the parcel i recieved 104 pencils not 104 packs which worked out 14 pence a pencil, i therefore phoned rajapack and said that i didnt recieve all packs of my pencils and they said i did i argued i should have recieved 104 packs and the staff member said it was 104 pencils i recieved they admitted it was wrongly advertised on there website, i therefore returned the item too rajapack with me paying the cost of delivery and its now been over 12 days and they said they havent yet recieved my package i sent back first class through royal mail. However i checked with the post office i sent them from and they stated they recieved them so really bad service and ill never recomend or shop with them again, i dont know how they are number one in europe becuase i quite frankly disagree. The staff who dealt with me however couldnt be any nicer so its not all that bad just me out of 30 pound plus delivery and phone call bills to them which ill never recieve in my pocket again, really disapointed ill just stick with eurooffice.
