I ordered my cot and was really impressed with the free delivery and price. The cot arrived as expected but infortunately after spending half an hour carefully unpacking the cot I noticed a large crack in the base. I was so cross, when I spoke to customer services they did offer to replace and a new cot was dispatched. I asked how I could complain about the service and was told to take photographs and send an e mail. I did this and no response I was received. After a further 3 e mails and further 3 phone calls where I was assured a swift response I finally received an e mail offering an apology but with no compensation for my waste time. I then sent a further message 3 days ago which the 'manager' has not bothered to even acknowledge it. As a new mum I personally believe that the hassle of waiting in for 2 days and having to repackage the cot was worth at least a gift voucher, why companies feel that the customers time is worth less than there's is always a mystery to me. I love the cot but the 2 days and the ignored emails and phone calls means I will be reluctant to use this company again.
