We had a problem with Yodel not collecting on the arranged day. Then collecting, when we were out, without leaving a card AFTER the parcel had been re-booked onto another carrier through P2G.
This late disappearance of the parcel confused everyone, and not helped by Yodel's own tracking system which couldn't cope with a cancelled order. So for a while no-one really knew where the parcel was at all.
Emily at P2G was really understanding and helpful on the online Chat, not to say patient . . . ;-)
Whereas others would not accept that Yodel must have collected and kept on telling me that we should talk to the the police, Emily was wonderful and in the end we got the confimation we needed.
We have used Parcel2Go for several years, the system is easy to use, excellent value for money, and everything gets delivered!
In the end it's not the systems, but the drivers and the angels at P2G, like Emily, that make everything work for us as it should!
