heavy handed with the ads

this is great software. However, having donated to the project in the past I did not appreciate then being forced to purchase it by having ads stuck on my albums. And even after I purchased it ads appeared on my old albums that had been created with prior editions. This was eventually resolved but only after several emails and a couple of days. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

We're sorry you feel that. We strive to respond to all questions withing one working day. Some cases can take a couple of days to resolve due to missing information in emails we get + time zone differences (We're in CET time zone by the way). We have also offered all donors large discounts on jAlbum licenses, some even licenses for free (if they've donated more than the license price).
