Order No: 100190223. I had purchased items exceeding $100 and elected to use DHL Trackable Shipping for which I paid approximately $30. I was unable to track my package despite the company marketing the shipping as being trackable. I contacted the company various times via email and on facebook but not given a response particular to my query, but one that was general in nature. I then contacted Customer Care via telephone and spoke to a representative who told me that they had to change the shipment method because they noticed in previous orders that packages were not being scanned at the various stop points. The representative told me to contact DHL because they "may" be able to trace the package. I told her that I paid for tracking and I could have easily qualified for free shipping because of the value of my order, but she said that I should contact DHL. I did contact DHL and gave them the tracking number that was given to me GM15318929303773643, and was told that they cannot find the number on their data base. I digress to mention that this is a Global Mail Number and not a 10 digit DHL Express Number. I did receive my package on the 28th June 2012 and according to Health Designs they shipped the said package on the 15th June 2012, however, I did not receive the service/shipping for which I paid. It is poor business practice when a company does not provide a customer with what he paid for and even shipping must be provided in true form and nature. When I paid for DHL Trackable Shipping my understanding was that my package be trackable!
